Southwest Counseling Solutions (Detroit) is seeking a Program Manager.
Salary Range: $36,866 to $63,840 per year.
Qualifications / Job Duties:
The Program Manager will oversee supervisory level staff that is responsible for execution of grant funded programs. The Program Manager will monitor grants for compliance, funding requirements, evaluation components and outcome data. The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring staff productivity/efficiency standards are met, completes quarterly/annual reports as required by the funding sources, and monitors all aspect of the grants. The Program Manager fully participates as a member of an interdisciplinary team whose goals are to meet the basic needs, enhance the quality of life and increase the social skills and independence of the consumers they serve. The Program Manager reports to the Director of Supportive Housing Center of Excellence.
Requirements: Possession of a Master’s Degree in mental health discipline. Appropriate professional registration/certification by state/ national authority required (e.g., LMSW, CSW, LLP, RN, LPC). At least three years professional experience in mental health /human services; managerial/supervisory experience preferred. Computer literate with working knowledge of word processing, preferably experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook e-mail systems.
Possession of a valid driver's license and have access to a private vehicle for day-to-day job performance.
