Music Director and Conductor Michael Morgan leads the Oakland East Bay Symphony in Opening Night: Celebrating Democracy Friday, November 9, 2012 at Paramount Theatre, Oakland, California.  
The opening work will be American Fanfare of Adolphus C. Hailstork (b. 1941), who is featured at AfriClassical.com.  Episodes for Orchestra by Olly Wilson (1937) will be performed immediately following the Intermission.
